We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader to join our Asset Management team as Head of Client Solutions. This global role is key to designing and delivering bespoke service offerings for our clients, supporting the growth of our business through innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Leading and empowering a diverse team to deliver tailored client solutions
- Designing and implementing non-standard onboarding and service offerings
- Managing the CODA process and overseeing client-specific operational risks
- Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams to align responsibilities and streamline processes
- Driving engagement with the STOM programme and managing change initiatives
- Promoting a culture of risk awareness, control, and continuous improvement
- Supporting team wellbeing and professional development through inclusive leadership
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in investment management or a similar field
- Strong understanding of operational platforms and client service models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering complex client solutions and managing risk
- Ability to lead change and drive process improvement
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to team development
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
