We are currently recruiting for a Transitions Team Manager to join our award‐winning PRT business. As Transitions Team Manager you will lead a high‐performing team responsible for onboarding new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) schemes into L&G. What you will be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Transitions professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborating with the Head of Transitions to shape onboarding strategy and business plans.
- Managing daily operations to meet service levels, contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Overseeing project delivery, scheme documentation and data validation activities.
- Driving continuous improvement through process innovation and LEAN methodologies.
- Ensuring operational readiness and scalability to support business growth.
- Identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Championing customer outcomes and embedding Consumer Duty principles.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high‐performing teams.
- In‐depth knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and transition processes.
- A pensions qualification such as PMI or CII, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver against strategic goals.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
