As a Financial Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, holistic financial advice, building strong relationships and supporting customers to make informed, empowering decisions about their future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering customer‑focused financial advice in line with Legal & General policies and regulatory requirements.
- Applying comprehensive market, product and process knowledge to optimise customer outcomes.
- Operating within compliance, data protection and advice standards requirements.
- Working within the performance management framework to meet KPI expectations and maintain professional development.
- Supporting and guiding customers throughout the advice journey and nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products, regulations and industry developments through ongoing CPD.
- Demonstrating a client‑centred approach that consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensuring advice recommendations align with LGFA’s Advice Policy, customer needs and target market characteristics.
Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualified Adviser with relevant financial planning diploma and evidence of maintained SPS.
- Commercially minded Adviser skilled at identifying client needs, optimising outcomes, and contributing to business growth through high‑quality, suitable advice.
- Strong pension and financial planning expertise.
- Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements, company standards and advice frameworks.
- Confident in using company systems and applications, with strong digital capability.
- Skilled at assessing information, prioritising effectively and managing complex customer needs.
- Experience in managing client relationships end‑to‑end, nurturing leads, and maintaining a robust advice pipeline.
- Confident in applying compliance requirements, advice standards and governance to deliver consistently high standards and protect customers.
