Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 14-month FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Join our Finance Operations team and help us protect client money, support investment decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing daily client money funding calculations and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely filing and storage
- Producing management information and regulatory reporting
- Understanding and applying FCA and CASS rules
- Supporting business change initiatives in line with compliance standards
- Calculating and assessing Unit Trust box decisions and cash positions
- Managing daily box reconciliations and communicating with stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across teams to improve processes
Qualifications – Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in finance operations or technical accounting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of client money regulations and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with investment products and operational systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and finance platforms (e.g., Rufus, EWS)
