We’re looking for a Service Design Analyst to join our GFIT Application Services team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering service support processes that ensure new and changing IT services are seamlessly integrated into business‑as‑usual operations. What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering service support processes aligned with best practice and strategic objectives
  • Ensuring onward run and maintain support requirements are agreed within Service Designs
  • Producing service support artefacts including operating procedures, team interfaces and service knowledge
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Providing input for new and changing services in the GFIT Service Catalogue throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintaining and improving the Service Design Framework, embedding policies and procedures
  • Supporting teams with the people, processes and materials needed for new and changed services

Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent IT Service Management experience
  • Understanding of Service Design frameworks, ITSM processes and SDLC methodologies
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms including workflow, reporting and monitoring tools
  • Experience working in regulated environments and IT operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
