We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Senior Design Executive to join our Sales Enablement Design team. This role plays a key part in our internal creative centre of excellence, supporting sales teams by transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging and commercially effective design solutions. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where quality, consistency and impact really matter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high‑impact presentations, pitch decks, documents and digital assets for sales audiences
- Applying brand guidelines consistently across all visual communications
- Contributing to the development and evolution of the organisation’s visual identity
- Using advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling techniques to simplify complex messages
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to interpret and respond to briefs
- Building strong, positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Ensuring all materials are clear, fair and not misleading and meet regulatory and brand standards
- Bringing creative ideas and added value to briefs to enhance effectiveness and engagement
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in graphic design, ideally with three or more years in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Confidence working across print, digital and presentation design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy environment
- A strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of brand consistency
- Comfortable working independently and taking direction when needed
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design thinking
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in supporting others to succeed
