Join our dynamic IT Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service support across Retail Retirements. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing expertise and resolution for incidents, requests and problems within agreed service levels
  • Maintaining and sharing knowledge of systems and processes across the team
  • Monitoring and reporting on service availability using appropriate tools
  • Escalating issues that could impact service levels or cause extended outages
  • Supporting change initiatives and adhering to change control procedures
  • Contributing to disaster recovery planning and continuity testing
  • Collaborating with third‑party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

  • ITIL Service Management certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a service support role, ideally supporting multiple business services
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management in an outsourced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Lean methodology and DevOps principles
  • Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team
  • Understanding of the Retail Retirements and Workplace Pensions industry and its regulatory frameworks
