We’re recruiting for a Consultant to join our Group Protection team. This is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement to work 1 day per week in our Hove office, Monday–Friday during core hours 8:00–18:00. Salary £24,000 with the option to progress after 6 months, which may include a salary increase of up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies.
  • Regular communication with colleagues, brokers and customers; this role includes administrative/processing work and phone interactions.
  • Dealing with all correspondence from internal and external customers, with attention to detail and pace.
  • Maintaining scheme data, administering, and updating records.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing and organising your own work queue to ensure that service levels are met.
  • Ensuring support for our most vulnerable customers through their interactions with Legal & General.

  • Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experienced in using MS Office; confidence in using Excel is preferred.
