We’re recruiting for a Digital Engagement Manager to join us for a 12-month period. At Legal & General Retail, we’re on a mission to help our customers engage meaningfully with their financial futures. As a Digital Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our customers online—creating experiences that are not only effective but also inclusive, accessible, and impactful.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Developing and delivering digital content and communications that inspire customer action
- Collaborating with marketing, PR, and optimisation teams to enhance digital journeys
- Translating briefs into compelling digital content that supports strategic goals
- Creating and maintaining website content in line with brand and compliance standards
- Monitoring and reporting on engagement metrics to inform future campaigns
- Ensuring all content meets regulatory, compliance, and accessibility standards
- Supporting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications – Who we\’re looking for:
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong attention to detail and written English
- Experience using CMS platforms (Episerver/Optimizely preferred) to build webpages
- Knowledge of UX, SEO, and digital journey optimisation best practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in financial services and agile delivery environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic image editing (e.g., Photoshop)
