In this role, you’ll help shape how we communicate the value of our Workplace ISA, SIPP and drawdown products—making investing clearer, more accessible and more human for all.
What you’ll be doing:

- Creating customer‑focused copy that resonates with diverse audiences at different stages of their investment journey
- Collaborating with designers, marketers and stakeholders to co‑create campaigns with measurable impact
- Adapting tone and messaging to suit different products, channels and customer groups while maintaining brand consistency
- Contributing creative ideas and storytelling that enhance retail campaigns and wider marketing initiatives
- Managing a rolling editorial calendar and experimenting with formats to maximise reach and engagement
- Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with our house style and tone of voice
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in content marketing, communications or copywriting, ideally within financial services, asset management or media
- Strong understanding of retail investment products such as Workplace ISA, SIPP and drawdown
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with digital content platforms and analytics tools
- A curious, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for creative storytelling and continuous improvement
Benefits:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
At L&G, we believe it’s possible to generate positive returns today while helping to build a better future for all. Guided by leaders with integrity who care about your future and wellbeing. Empowered through initiatives which support people to develop their careers and excel.
We care passionately about outcomes rather than attendance and are therefore open to discussing all kinds of flexible working options including part-time, term-time and job shares. Although some roles have limited flexibility due to customer demand, we accommodate requests when we can.
