We are looking for an Operations Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Service Operations team within Asset Management. This role plays a key part in supporting fund launch activities and ensuring operational readiness for new and existing mandates across a range of investment products. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless onboarding, maintain high data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and implementing onboarding for internal, segregated and pooled fund launches
  • Coordinating activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for fund go-live
  • Setting up funds, brokers and trading lines across internal systems and platforms
  • Supporting the onboarding of brokers for OTC, FX and repo trading pipelines to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records of fund launches, trading agreements and onboarding documentation
  • Liaising with custodians to open accounts, including in emerging and frontier markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identifying process improvements and supporting projects to enhance efficiency and control environments

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in investment operations, onboarding or a related asset management environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, trading processes and market infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, custodians and counterparties
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, including strong spreadsheet skills (e.g. lookup functions)
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery
