Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Corporate Strategy Principal to join our team within Strategy, Product and Marketing for a 12‑month FTC. This is a high‑impact opportunity supporting senior leadership to shape and deliver the Asset Management strategy. You’ll work closely with the Executive Committee, partnering across the business to drive growth, improve efficiency and strengthen connectivity across teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Asset Management strategy in line with key strategic priorities
- Leading analysis and coordinating strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies and growth opportunities across geographies and client channels
- Partnering with teams across distribution, investments, product and marketing to deliver cross‑functional strategic outcomes
- Shaping and delivering initiatives to grow revenue, improve margins and enhance operational efficiency
- Driving operating model improvements, including simplifying processes and supporting the adoption of new technologies
- Leading and delivering consultancy‑style projects to solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities
- Supporting corporate development activity, including evaluating opportunities, managing due diligence and contributing to execution
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in strategy, corporate finance or management consulting, ideally within asset management or financial services
- Strong understanding of the asset management industry and key drivers of growth and performance
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex strategic projects from concept through to execution
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
