Are you passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our Distribution team, supporting Client Directors and helping us provide high‑quality solutions to our institutional clients. This role offers ownership of client interactions, contribution to business development, and mentoring opportunities within a collaborative environment. This role is within our UK team working on Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Clients.

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key contact in the absence of Client Directors
  • Coordinate and resolve client enquiries by working with teams across the business
  • Provide technical support and insights to help clients make informed decisions
  • Identify and progress sales leads and opportunities to support revenue growth
  • Mentor team members and support their development
  • Review and sign off draft instructions for colleagues and peers
  • Attend client meetings and calls, leading audit or operational discussions when needed
  • Prepare tailored materials for client meetings, pitches and ongoing servicing

We’re looking for candidates with strong investment knowledge and a track record of high‑quality client service in investment management or related industries. Key capabilities include:

  • Strong investment knowledge and understanding of institutional products and markets
  • Experience delivering high‑quality client service within investment management or a related industry
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage varied workflows and prioritise effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insight
  • Excellent IT skills and experience preparing high‑quality written materials
  • Proactive, organised approach with the ability to show initiative
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture
