We’re looking for a Client Engagement Partner to help shape and deliver impactful engagement strategies for our Workplace Savings clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Customer & Member Engagement, translating client needs into meaningful activity that supports good customer outcomes. What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering tailored client engagement strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives and our internal capabilities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with Client Relationship Management teams and clients, acting as a trusted engagement advisor
- Translating client and industry insights into strategic briefs for internal teams
- Collaborating with the Delivery Hub, including Production, Content and Copy teams, to ensure activity meets client expectations
- Using client and member feedback and market insight to evolve engagement plans and face-to-face activity
- Partnering with Client Relationship Management teams and Client Directors to update clients on campaign performance
- Ensuring communications across channels meet Consumer Duty requirements and support good customer decision-making
- Managing, motivating and supporting colleagues in line with company policies and the Partnership Agreement
Qualifications:
- Experience in client relationship management, ideally in financial services, workplace pensions or employee benefits
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable engagement plans and clear strategic briefs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across delivery, content and commercial teams
- Understanding of employee engagement strategies, ideally including digital and face-to-face channels
- Knowledge of behavioural insights and how they can enhance communication effectiveness
- Experience coordinating delivery teams and supporting webinars or similar events
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the engagement proposition confidently
- Ability to coach, support and develop junior colleagues
