We are looking for a Test Lead to join our Group Functions IT team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology solutions meet the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple projects, championing quality and mentoring others in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and managing the full test lifecycle across multiple projects
  • Defining and implementing robust test strategies with a focus on automation
  • Overseeing test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
  • Driving an automation-first approach within CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentoring and supporting test analysts and engineers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align testing goals and outcomes
  • Ensuring effective test data management practices
  • Promoting continuous improvement and best practices in testing
