Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and leading testing excellence? We are looking for a Test Lead to join our Group Functions IT team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology solutions meet the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple projects, championing quality and mentoring others in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the full test lifecycle across multiple projects
• Defining and implementing robust test strategies with a focus on automation
• Overseeing test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
• Driving an automation-first approach within CI/CD pipelines
• Mentoring and supporting test analysts and engineers
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align testing goals and outcomes
• Ensuring effective test data management practices
• Promoting continuous improvement and best practices in testing

Qualifications

• Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
• Communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Applying deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Planning and organising resources effectively across projects
• Solving problems with a proactive and analytical mindset
• Collaborating confidently across cross-functional teams
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Holding ISTQB Foundation certification (Advanced level desirable)
