We’re looking for a Product Proposition Development Administrator to join our Workplace Savings team.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market.
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products, propositions and regulatory changes.
- Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch.
- Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes.
- Contributing to IGC, Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes.
- Managing the Product Hub SharePoint site to ensure content is accurate and accessible.
- Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team.
- Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- A 2:1 degree in any discipline.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations (desirable).
- Awareness of market dynamics and trends in the Workplace Savings space (desirable).
- A passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer support.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
- Experience in a provider, asset manager or EBC environment with an understanding of corporate client needs (desirable).
