Are you passionate about using data, innovation and modern technology to drive meaningful change? We’re looking for a People Data & Innovation Lead to help shape the future of our people insights, strengthen decision‑making across the organisation, and support transformational improvement.
In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and help us adopt smarter, more innovative approaches — including the use of advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing data insights and tracking progress against key performance indicators to support business change
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting complex people data using advanced and AI‑assisted analytics
- Supporting and implementing improvement portfolios and seeking innovative technology solutions across HR
- Designing and developing reports, dashboards and self‑service tools aligned to our people data strategy
- Planning and facilitating reporting workshops with process owners and change leads
- Leading the gathering and alignment of data migration and reporting requirements across workstreams
- Collaborating with technical teams and providing subject‑matter expertise on data models, mapping and cleansing
- Using behavioural and customer insights to shape customer journeys and improve experience and engagement
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to generate insight
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting transformational or data‑focused change initiatives
- Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle, Alteryx) or interest in developing these skills
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as machine learning, LLMs or Generative AI
- Understanding of data ethics, responsible AI use and regulatory expectations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, judgement and care
- Adaptability, curiosity and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
