  • Supporting onboarding activities, including managing team structures, distribution lists and logistics.
  • Preparing agendas, minutes and high‑quality presentations and reports to support leadership meetings.
  • Processing invoices and expenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborating with the wider PA community to provide consistent support and cover during peak periods.
