We’re recruiting for a Journey Lead- ER to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead continuous improvement across HR advisory services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a supportive, inclusive environment for both employees and managers. Responsibilities

  • Leading HR journey teams and acting as a senior escalation point for complex cases
  • Overseeing triage and resolution of HR and payroll-related queries including missed cut-offs and redundancy payments
  • Collaborating across functions to deliver consistent, user-focused improvements to HR systems and processes
  • Aligning advisory activities with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting policy updates and process enhancements across key HR journeys
  • Building capability within the team through training and knowledge sharing
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Group Tax, and more
  • Designing and implementing HR policies that reflect our commitment to fair treatment and positive outcomes for all

Qualifications – Who we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee lifecycle journeys
  • Experience managing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Skilled in using data and insights to inform decisions and track performance
  • Familiarity with MyHR systems, Oracle modules, and payroll-impacting processes
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
  • Inclusive leadership style with a focus on collaboration and psychological safety
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Passion for innovation and empowering others to contribute to service excellence
