We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager to join us. You’ll lead a team managing month-end accounting and investment ledger processes for revenue-generating products. This role offers exposure to both operational and strategic decision-making, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of finance professionals
- Managing month-end close for revenue and investment accounting
- Overseeing reconciliations and resolving outstanding items
- Driving process improvements and system upgrades, including ERP transformation
- Partnering with stakeholders across finance and business divisions
- Delivering change projects and ensuring robust financial controls
- Supporting audits and compliance activities with external and internal teams
- Balancing operational delivery with strategic input and decision-making
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing teams in a finance environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent organisational skills and accountability mindset
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Experience in finance change projects and continuous improvement
- Positive, solution-focused approach with resilience under pressure
