We’re looking for a Senior Data & Insight Analyst to help shape, develop and enhance our centralised MI planning platform and reporting suite. In this role, you’ll play a key part in giving the business meaningful visibility of operational performance, enabling confident, insight‑led decisions.
Responsibilities
- Delivering value‑adding analytics to highlight improvement opportunities, support decision‑making and reduce risk
- Developing and maintaining systems and processes for gathering and integrating workload and operational data
- Working collaboratively with teams across the business and providing insight that supports continuous improvement
- Integrating multiple data sources and building comprehensive views of performance and operational health
- Providing clear, actionable insight that promotes growth and enhances visibility of organisational performance
- Championing best‑practice use of MI, tools and work management systems across operational areas
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting colleagues with data, insight and analysis
- Ensuring customers’ interests are understood and represented through fair, insight‑driven analysis
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI and broader insight or data‑visualisation platforms
- Experience working in a technically demanding environment, ideally within Financial Services
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive data responsibly
- Skilled in converting analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work effectively, including under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with confidence working across diverse teams
