We’re looking for a detail‑driven and analytical individual to join our Customer Service team as an Ignite Data Quality Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of mortgage data across our Ignite platform. You’ll work closely with a range of internal teams and external partners, supporting high‑quality data standards and helping to improve processes that directly impact customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Auditing and validating mortgage product data submitted by lenders
  • Reviewing and checking data against external sources such as lender websites
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records within Ignite systems
  • Applying quality checks and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Identifying errors, inconsistencies and potential risks within data sets
  • Analysing feedback, trends and customer insights to highlight areas for improvement
  • Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality outcomes
