We are recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We are offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and a strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.
- Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business.
- Completing 5 points per day.
- Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints, and claims.
- Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes.
Who we're looking for:
- You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited.
- Excellent valuation and survey experience.
- Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
- Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
