We are recruiting for a Banking Access Analyst to join us. We are offering a competitive base salary.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing administrative queries and requests for online banking systems
- Supporting banking administration projects and maintaining documentation
- Collating and maintaining accurate management information and team workload data
- Handling access requests and managing consumables through internal systems
- Responding to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently
- Completing MOLAR processes and ensuring timely, accurate returns
- Escalating technical or banking issues and liaising with IT and banking partners
- Acting as a key point of contact for banking platform-related matters
