What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and building production‑ready AI and machine learning solutions on Azure
  • Developing and maintaining Python services, APIs and data pipelines
  • Implementing and improving generative AI solutions including LLMs and RAG architectures
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle management and operational monitoring
  • Deploying and supporting containerised AI services using Kubernetes and AKS
  • Applying testing, security and governance best practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborating in agile teams, participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Continuously learning and contributing to improvements in platforms, tools and ways of working

Who we’re looking for:

  • Hands‑on experience building and running AI or machine learning solutions in production
  • Strong Python skills and a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
  • Experience with generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering or RAG pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Azure AI services and cloud‑based architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD, MLOps or GenAIOps practices
  • Familiarity with containerisation and Kubernetes‑based deployments
  • Understanding of secure, maintainable software development in regulated environments
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
