What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and building production‑ready AI and machine learning solutions on Azure
- Developing and maintaining Python services, APIs and data pipelines
- Implementing and improving generative AI solutions including LLMs and RAG architectures
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle management and operational monitoring
- Deploying and supporting containerised AI services using Kubernetes and AKS
- Applying testing, security and governance best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborating in agile teams, participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Continuously learning and contributing to improvements in platforms, tools and ways of working
Who we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on experience building and running AI or machine learning solutions in production
- Strong Python skills and a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering or RAG pipelines
- Working knowledge of Azure AI services and cloud‑based architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps or GenAIOps practices
- Familiarity with containerisation and Kubernetes‑based deployments
- Understanding of secure, maintainable software development in regulated environments
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
