Are you passionate about delivering high-quality financial advice and leading teams to success? We’re looking for an experienced Advice Manager to join our Financial Advice team, specialising in Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Tax Planning. This is a leadership role that blends technical expertise with people management, offering the opportunity to shape advice delivery and drive positive client outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a team of financial advisers to deliver compliant, high-quality advice
  • Providing technical oversight on complex IHT and tax planning cases
  • Overseeing advice suitability and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Optimising advice processes and client journeys for consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborating with compliance, operations, and product teams
  • Supporting adviser development through training and competence schemes
  • Embedding Consumer Duty principles across advice delivery
  • Managing people performance in line with company policies and values

Qualifications – Who we're looking for:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of IHT, trusts, estate planning, and personal taxation
  • Proven experience leading and developing financial advisers
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations including COBS, PROD, and Consumer Duty
  • Confidence using financial planning tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, product, and operations teams
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on client outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
