We are recruiting for a Treasury Accounting and Reporting Manager to join us. We are offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package. In this role you will manage a wide range of Group Treasury activities across accounting, reporting, controls, and change. This is a London based role and the team are usually in the office 2 days/week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury financial reporting
- Reviewing the robustness of financial controls and implementing new controls if needed
- Adapting to and supporting finance transformation and automation
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes
- Automating manual processes
- Overseeing a graduate and reviewing their work
Qualifications Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience in a financial services environment, Big 4 experience would be advantageous
- Experience or working in a changing environment
- Ability to work on projects outside of the normal BAU work
- Experience of implementing process improvement
- Treasury experience would be advantageous but not essential
