Overview
In this Senior Product Manager role, you will drive the design, delivery and lifecycle management of multi-asset investment products to support sustainable growth and strong client outcomes.
You will work within the Strategy, Product and Marketing team to align products with business aims, governance, and regulatory standards.
You will collaborate across Investments, Distribution, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver client-focused solutions.
The opportunity combines complex product strategy with stakeholder influence and impact on product governance and disclosures.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of new investment products and enhancements across multiple product structures
- Manage product launches, amendments, mergers and closures through the full lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Investments, Distribution, Operations, Risk and Compliance
- Develop and maintain robust product governance processes and regulatory compliance
- Review product ranges to improve client outcomes and commercial performance
- Provide technical expertise on fund structures, regulations, disclosures and operational considerations
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers and external partners
- Present recommendations and updates to governance committees, boards and senior stakeholders
- Key requirements
- Significant experience in investment product management within asset management
- Strong knowledge of UK funds and pooled structures (UCITS, ETFs, and other vehicles)
- Experience managing full product lifecycle from development to ongoing management
- Commercial awareness linking product decisions to client and business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
- Experience delivering complex projects and managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication for presenting to committees and senior stakeholders
