Overview
In this role you will shape and deliver the Active Fixed Income product strategy, driving the end-to-end lifecycle across funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts.
You will collaborate with Investment, Distribution and governance teams to create client-focused solutions that support sustainable growth while meeting regulatory and customer outcomes.
You’ll present proposals to governance committees and boards, and translate market developments into a competitive offering.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income and liquidity products across investment vehicles
- Manage product launches, amendments, mergers and closures aligned with commercial objectives and client needs
- Coordinate projects by defining milestones, actions, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, risk, and internal policy requirements
- Review commercial viability and ongoing performance; identify improvement opportunities
- Provide technical product expertise on proposition design, regulation, tax, disclosures, registrations and operations
- Analyze client, competitor, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain competitiveness
- Build cross-functional relationships with Investment, Distribution, operations, service providers, governance committees and external partners
- Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of international asset management with experience launching and managing investment funds
- In-depth understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies and client selection processes
- Strong knowledge of pooled product structures (UCITS, non-UCITS), ETFs and separately managed accounts
- Experience across product strategy, development and lifecycle management
- Demonstrable project management skills with ability to manage priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Inclusive, collaborative approach with ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards
- Strong attention to detail and drive for process improvement
- Degree or equivalent experience; IMC, CFA or CAIA welcomed
