Overview
In this role you will shape and deliver Active Fixed Income and liquidity product strategy within the Strategy, Product and Marketing function. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with Investments, Distribution and Operations to create client-focused solutions that support commercial aims and governance. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and act as a subject-matter expert across investment products and structures. This is a visible role with impact on product viability, governance and strategic decisions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on long-term value and sustainable investing.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of Active Fixed Income and liquidity product initiatives across investment vehicles
- Drive launches, enhancements, mergers and closures aligned with client needs and commercial goals
- Manage complex product projects: milestones, stakeholders, risks, delivery challenges
- Ensure activities comply with governance, regulatory, policies and procedures
- Review commercial viability and performance; identify improvement opportunities
- Provide technical product expertise on propositions, regulation, tax, disclosures, registrations, operations
- Build relationships across Investments, Distribution, Operations, governance bodies and external partners
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and fund boards
Key requirements
- Significant experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management within international asset management
- Strong expertise in Active Fixed Income and liquidity strategies and client proposition requirements
- Experience launching, registering, operating and amending pooled investment funds across multiple jurisdictions
- Technical understanding of product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs and separate accounts
- Knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements affecting investment products
- Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across roles
- A degree or equivalent experience; professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA advantageous
