In this pivotal role, you will help ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of manual calculations and essential claims work, whilst also providing technical expertise across the team on complex benefit structures and other specialist aspects of Defined Benefit pension schemes. If you have a strong background in Defined Benefit pensions, enjoy leading projects, coaching and supporting junior colleagues, and thrive when working on complex, detail‑oriented tasks, we would be delighted to hear from you. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which gives you the flexibility to split your week between home and our Hove offices to help you achieve a work‑life balance that works for you.
What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting Team Managers with the ongoing development and coaching of the wider team
- Producing and analysing regular MI to ensure the quality of our customer outcomes
- Working closely with other internal teams to optimise the delivery of operational outcomes

- Proven ability to deliver solutions to technical and business problems
- Strong customer and client focus with excellent relationship management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage tight timescales and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support team development
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice
