Are you passionate about creating clear, engaging communications that help customers make informed decisions? We're looking for a Communications Manager to join our Customer Strategy and Engagement team, where you'll play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality member communications across the Workplace business. You'll combine customer insight, data, behavioural science and strong stakeholder management to create communications that drive positive member outcomes while supporting commercial and regulatory objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering transactional member communications across the customer lifecycle
  • Creating customer‑centric communications, literature and supporting materials aligned to brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Utilising member insight, analytics and behavioural economics principles to improve communication effectiveness
  • Managing communication projects effectively within agreed budgets and timescales
  • Working with agencies and third‑party suppliers to deliver high-quality communications and marketing materials
  • Tracking, analysing and interpreting communication performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail, Group functions and external partners
  • Testing, reviewing and optimising communications across multiple channels to enhance member engagement and outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience developing and delivering customer‑facing communications, campaigns or engagement activities
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce publication‑ready content
  • Ability to analyse data and insights to inform decisions and improve communication performance
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Good organisational and project management skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within a marketing, communications or creative agency environment
  • Financial services experience and knowledge of communication composition tools such as Quadient Interactive would be advantageous but not essential
