Residential Area Surveyor – Luton and Surrounding Areas
We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and a strong benefits package.
What you\’ll be doing
- Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
- Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business
- Completing 5 points per day
- Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints and claims
- Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes
Qualifications
- You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited
- Excellent valuation and survey experience
- Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
- Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
