Future Talent Recruitment Advisor – 12 Month FTC

Join Legal & General to help recruit apprentices, graduates and interns through a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will partner with the Future Talent Development, HR Business Partner teams and business stakeholders to deliver a best‑in‑class recruitment experience.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver end‑to‑end Future Talent recruitment campaigns for Graduate, Apprentice and Intern roles – managing candidate pipelines, shortlisting, coordinating assessment centres and providing stakeholder briefings, training and wash‑ups.
  • Work with the Future Talent coordinator to ensure assessment centres are appropriately planned, staffed and delivered.
  • Partner with stakeholders and HR colleagues to optimise Future Talent programmes.
  • Provide accurate programme updates, promote programmes internally and externally.
  • Design programme for Future Talent internships, ensuring an enriching experience and converting interns to graduates where appropriate.
  • Onboard and induct new joiners – ensuring IT, screening and other processes are seamless.
  • Support Summer Internship and Graduate & Apprentice inductions.
  • Conduct end‑of‑campaign reviews using recruitment data to inform future decisions.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on build‑up to start dates and Future Talent landscape insights.
  • Manage Application Tracking System processes and liaise with functional engineer for enhancements.
  • Own Future Talent candidate talent pools and keep‑warm approach.
  • Develop university and school leaver attraction approach, manage suppliers and embed inclusion.
  • Stay abreast of Future Talent market trends.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Preferably with Future Talent or talent solutions background, or strong interest.
  • Financial services experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to workload and continuous improvement.
