We’re looking for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (Civil Litigation practice rights) to take on a supervisory property litigation role in our Legal for Lettings team.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee a varied property litigation caseload (standard possessions through to complex trials)
  • Direct and supervise paralegals, signing off work before court issue
  • Focus on quality, strategy and risk - not billable hours or line management
  • Work mainly on residential repossessions, plus wider property disputes via our hybrid in-house/private practice model
  • Educate the business and clients on changes like the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, with chances to deliver webinars and articles

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are a practicing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Civil Litigation rights
  • Have strong Landlord & Tenant litigation experience (desirable)
  • Enjoy supervising, mentoring and setting litigation strategy
  • Want UK-wide flexibility with only ad hoc travel to Lincoln/Chester
