We’re looking for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (Civil Litigation practice rights) to take on a supervisory property litigation role in our Legal for Lettings team.
- Oversee a varied property litigation caseload (standard possessions through to complex trials)
- Focus on quality, strategy and risk - not billable hours or line management
- Work mainly on residential repossessions, plus wider property disputes via our hybrid in-house/private practice model
- Are a practicing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Civil Litigation rights
- Have strong Landlord & Tenant litigation experience (desirable)
- Enjoy supervising, mentoring and setting litigation strategy
- Want UK-wide flexibility with only ad hoc travel to Lincoln/Chester
