This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our new and existing Landlords. You will support the Insurance Department by assisting Landlords in line with the company’s internal processes. The job’s purpose is to provide excellent customer service whilst obtaining and completing Insurance quotes and sales by contacting new and existing Landlords to offer a wide range of products.
The role is vital so that our landlords are provided with the best possible insurance products, whilst ensuring we adhere to all the systems and processes that are heavily regulated and remaining compliant. This will be done in accordance with the use of our in-house CRM system Salesforce and any other platforms that may be provided by our insurance partners. Previous experience of using Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
Working within our vibrant office you will be providing landlord insurance as part of the Insurance Team. You must be a highly organised person who can easily pick up our internal processes and systems, whilst being comfortable in a busy environment. You must be confident when communicating amongst the clients as well as your colleagues.
