We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to support the continued growth of LegalforLandlords and Propoly. Working side-by-side with our Partnership Development Manager, you will help nurture our existing network of letting agents, landlords, and strategic partners, drive product adoption, and ensure every partner receives an exceptional experience across both brands. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the trusted day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of accounts, carrying out proactive check-ins and regular account reviews.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new partners, working closely with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure they understand our systems from day one.
- Business Growth & Adoption: Identify commercial opportunities to increase partner engagement, promote new products and services, and generate qualified leads for the Partnership Development Manager.
- Account Support & Problem Solving: Resolve day-to-day partner queries, coordinate internal support, and escalate commercial or operational risks to drive high retention and satisfaction.
- Commercial Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipelines, produce account updates, and manage meeting schedules and follow-up actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share valuable partner feedback internally to help refine our products and services while supporting wider commercial projects across the Group.
