Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real impact every day? At Legal & General Surveying Services, we’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Team Agent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience when booking valuation and survey appointments.

We’re offering a competitive base salary of £24,525 for this hybrid 6 month fixed term contract role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Booking valuation and survey appointments with customers using clear and confident communication
  • Organising schedules for employed and panel surveyors using booking systems
  • Supporting customers by providing guidance on service requirements
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Engaging in personal development and training opportunities
  • Monitoring performance data to support continuous improvement
  • Handling customer payments and unbooked survey instructions
  • Tailoring services to meet the needs of different customer groups
