Overview
In this role you will ensure accurate and timely transaction reporting across a range of financial products to support regulatory compliance. You will work in a business-critical function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and drive process improvements. The position offers specialist exposure to a dynamic regulatory landscape and opportunities to influence reporting quality, controls, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Execute daily and periodic transaction reporting to support regulatory compliance
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across reporting data
- Maintain high data quality through proactive oversight and controls
- Support business-as-usual reporting while identifying efficiency improvements
- Escalate reporting issues, risks, and delays clearly and promptly
- Review and enhance procedures in line with regulatory and business changes
- Analyse regulatory updates to stay informed of industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to resolve reporting issues
Key requirements
- Strong attention to detail and proactive, independent work style
- Good time-management and prioritisation skills
- Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, with data confidence
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying issues and supporting resolution
- Clear, client-focused communication skills
- Interest in regulatory reporting and developing expertise in this area
- Previous experience in financial services (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade C)
