Overview
In this role, you will assess and underwrite enhanced annuity applications, applying risk frameworks to deliver fair, accurate decisions. You’ll gather medical, financial, and supporting information to inform outcomes while balancing customer needs with financial risk. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced team, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality service. You contribute to strategy through underwriting insights and maintain accurate records across systems.

- Assessing and underwriting enhanced annuity applications per guidelines and risk frameworks
- Gathering and evaluating medical, financial, and supporting information for decisions
- Delivering fair outcomes that balance customer needs with risk management
- Using product, process and systems knowledge to provide efficient service
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer outcomes and service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records across underwriting and workflow systems
- Analyzing underwriting data to support strategy, risk awareness and performance improvement
