Job Description

We’re looking for a Strategic Technology Analyst to join our team and help drive innovation, performance, and engagement across our technology initiatives. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Enterprise Technology Strategy engagement and communication plan
- Coordinating strategic planning, governance, and performance management activities across technology initiatives
- Analyzing market, peer, and competitor technology trends to inform strategic thinking
- Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on business operations
- Contributing to the creation of multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align strategic priorities
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way
- Tracking key performance indicators and supporting portfolio management activities
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in strategy, technology portfolio management, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Confidence in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with performance tracking frameworks such as KPIs and OKRs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and a passion for driving positive change
