We’re recruiting for a Service Charge Coordinator to join us on a 12 months FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Occasional travel to our London office will be required for team meetings and collaboration.

As a Service Charge Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring service charges are accurate, transparent and fair, supporting both business objectives and great outcomes for customers. You will work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to maintain high standards and consistency in service charge delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the modelling and appraisal of service charges for new developments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Development teams on service charge matters
  • Reviewing and updating service charge models through scheme approval stages
  • Liaising with managing agents and suppliers to gather and validate budget information
  • Maintaining accurate records within housing management systems
  • Supporting annual reviews and reconciliations of service charge budgets and actuals
  • Responding to customer queries and supporting resolution of service charge issues
  • Contributing to performance reporting, audits and regulatory submissions

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience of service charge budgeting, modelling or reconciliation
  • Understanding of service charge legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of the affordable housing sector or related environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of housing management systems and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in improving systems and processes
