  • Degree‑level qualification in a technology‑related discipline is preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, core services, networking, identity management (Azure AD, RBAC), and security tools such as Azure Security Centre and Monitor.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools, particularly Terraform, alongside familiarity with alternatives such as ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Hands‑on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred), as well as associated tooling such as Helm or Kustomize.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Ansible), with a focus on improving efficiency and managing repetitive tasks.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, vulnerability scanning, testing tools for infrastructure‑as‑code, and best practices in secure configuration and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, optimised solutions, alongside strong problem‑solving and debugging skills in complex environments.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams, demonstrate technical leadership or mentoring, and maintain clear documentation and governance standards.

  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only).
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday.
  • Competitive family leave.
  • Participation in an electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only).
  • Many discounts are offered on our own products and at a range of high‑street stores and online.
  • Commitment to net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030, investing in sustainable, modern offices across the UK, designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience.
