We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We offer a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and a strong benefits package.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties for private and corporate clients.
- Upholding best professional practices to minimize financial and reputational risks.
- Completing 5 points per day.
- Responding promptly and effectively to queries, complaints, and claims.
- Reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions to meet market needs and ensure good customer outcomes.
Who we\’re looking for:
- Associate/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors, VRS registered valuers, and EPC accredited.
- Excellent valuation and survey experience.
- Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
- Good knowledge of residential survey and valuation aspects.
