We’re recruiting for aQuality Assurance Analyst to join us.This role is primarily home-based, offering flexibility in how and where you work. Occasional office attendance may be required for key meetings and collaborative sessions.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will take responsibility for first line Quality Assurance and support the Head of First Line Risk in the implementation and maintenance of the LGFA Risk Management Policy Framework and associated processes and controls.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Reviewing customer advice to assess suitability and outcomes
- Delivering feedback to advisers on advice standards and customer interactions
- Monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (T&C arrangements, financial, vulnerable customers, advice standards)
- Supporting the resolution of complex advice issues and complaints
- Providing training on advice standards to advisers
- Analysing records to identify areas for improvement in the advice process
- Acting as a subject matter expert for advice-related queries and regulatory changes
- Assessing whether customers received balanced and accurate information
Who we\’re looking for:
- QCF level 4 Diploma (essential)
- Strong knowledge of regulated advice processes, especially pensions
- Experience in quality assurance and control activities
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory rules to assess outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of risk management principles and customer-focused risks
- Experience providing effective feedback and driving process improvements
- Equity release qualifications, such as CeMAP and CeRER or Certs (MP&ER) would be desirable
