Job Description
Join our Group Finance IT team as a Systems Analyst and help shape the future of our technology landscape. You'll work collaboratively across teams to analyse business requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements that make a real impact. What you'll be doing:
- Analysing business requirements and translating them into robust technical specifications
- Developing models and artefacts to define current and future system states
- Applying best‐practice analysis techniques to assess feasibility and root causes
- Building a deep understanding of systems, processes, and data across business areas
- Following the systems development lifecycle and maintaining traceability throughout projects
- Communicating effectively and providing timely management information
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency through technology
- Ensuring application quality to deliver excellent customer experiences
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in systems analysis techniques such as process modelling and data modelling
- Experience delivering high‐quality analysis in complex, multi‐platform environments
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, and SharePoint
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying current with technology trends
