We’re looking for an Analyst to join our CRO Insights and Analytics team within Asset Management, supporting Risk and Compliance reporting and delivering meaningful insights to help shape business decisions. This is a great opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, develop advanced data and analytical skills, and contribute to improving reporting processes through automation and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the timely delivery of BAU, executive and regulatory reporting across the CRO function
  • Producing and distributing client, project and business reports in line with agreed schedules
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into meaningful MI outputs
  • Developing and enhancing automated reporting solutions using available tools and technologies
  • Improving processes through optimisation, simplification and the adoption of best practice
  • Working with Risk and Group functions to enhance reporting, analysis and performance insights
  • Supporting the implementation of modern reporting and visualisation tools to enable greater self-service

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in management information reporting and data analysis within a business environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar data and visualisation platforms
  • Experience of data manipulation, modelling and visualisation techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and take initiative
  • Understanding of risk and compliance processes or the UK financial services environment is advantageous
