We’re looking for a Lead Scrum Master to join us in Retail Operations, where you’ll champion collaboration, coach high‑performing teams, and help evolve our Agile culture. What you’ll be doing:

  • Coaching Agile teams and enabling them to develop, collaborate and deliver effectively across multiple initiatives
  • Facilitating scrum events and creating an environment where continuous learning and improvement thrive
  • Supporting the adoption of Agile ways of working and contributing to organisation‑wide transformation activity
  • Guiding teams and Product Owners in forecasting, planning and delivering work using Agile principles
  • Enabling teams to resolve challenges constructively, promoting openness, respect and healthy communication
  • Mentoring Scrum Masters and contributing to a strong, supportive and engaged Community of Practice
  • Developing training materials and delivering Agile learning sessions to grow capability across the business
  • Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, adapt approaches and ensure teams can deliver within a regulated environment

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading Scrum and Agile teams in complex or highly regulated environments
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to support individuals, teams and leaders on their Agile journey
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools and techniques, with the ability to apply them pragmatically
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across business and technology teams
  • Ability to interpret technical information, digital delivery approaches and operating models
  • A collaborative mindset, embracing diversity of thought and encouraging innovative problem‑solving
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, adapt to change and keep teams focused on outcomes
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner qualification (e.g., PSM, SAFe); coaching qualifications desirable
